Compassion-Building Therapy for the Anxious, Grieving, and Self-Critical

In order to be well, we need to strengthen our ability to be present. In order to be present, we must learn to be kind.

Often, it is difficult to be present because of the relentless worrying and critical voices that swarm the mind. In our work together, not only will I hold unwavering compassion for your story, I will help you build the ability to soften inward toward yourself and lead a gentler, more accepting life.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy exhausted. Not just with what they’re carrying, but also from having to explain their identities to practitioners who don’t get it. Whether you’ve been told your neurodivergence is “disruptive,” your grief is “taking too long,” or your intersectional identity is “too complicated,” I offer a space where all of you belongs and no parts of you require justification.
